Legalley+ took part in the 7th Balearic Nautical Industry Conference, held at Club de Mar Mallorca, organised by Howden and sponsored by Intact. The event brought together around 120 professionals and leading representatives of the nautical industry to discuss key challenges and developments affecting the sector.
Miguel Ángel Serra, Founding Partner of Legalley+, participated in a panel discussion on arbitration in yacht repair and refit contracts, alongside Diego Colon de Carvajal (CEO de Astilleros de Mallorca), Peter Brown (Director at Pinmar-GYG) and Javier Portales (Partner at Albors Galiano Portales), moderated by Isaac Galcera. Legalley+ would like to thank Howden and Intact for the invitation and for organising the event, which provided a valuable opportunity to exchange expertise and encourage collaboration within the Balearic yachting and nautical industry.
