MIGUEL ÁNGEL SERRA
Miguel Ángel Serra is the founding partner of Legalley+ and has been leading the yachting departments of the main Spanish Law firms. He is currently the correspondent in the Balearic Islands of the prestigious firm Albors Galiano Portales, of which until recently he has been a partner.
He is a lawyer and economist, holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law, a Master’s degree in Town Planning Law and is an Official Real Estate Agent (API). Since 2004 he has been an associate professor at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB) and also professor on the Master in Public Finance, Tax System and Tax Procedures.
He is the Spanish legal representative at the MYBA Legal Consortium, legal and tax advisor to the Spanish Yachting Association (ANEN), a member of the Spanish Bar Association, of the Tax Commission of the Economists Association and of the Council of the Applied Economics Department at the University.
He has extensive experience in leading projects and advising private and sophisticated clientele focused on superyachts, aviation and real estate.
Miguel Ángel is also a regular speaker and moderator in national and international conferences, has participated on TV and radio programs and published articles in the most relevant national and international newspapers and magazines.
