This year took place in Madrid, from May 8 to 10, 2025, the ‘Mediterranean Meeting 2025’, organized by IR Global, with the aim of strengthening collaboration and exchange of best practices among law firms in the Mediterranean basin.

From April 30 to May 3, 2025, the 40th edition of the Palma International Boat Show (PIBS) took place in Palma’s Moll Vell, consolidating itself as the inaugural event of the nautical season in the Mediterranean. These insights will help us refine the bespoke legal and tax services we deliver to our yachting clients.

Once again, for the ninth consecutive year, I have had the honour of being a lecturer in the course of Nautical Broker – IME (Spanish Maritime Institute), dealing with subjects such as:

-Legal and fiscal aspects in the purchase and sale of superyachts and megayachts.
-Customs regimes applicable to superyachts and megayachts.
