Legalley+ recently assisted in the completion of the sale in international waters of a sailing yacht built by the respected Italian shipyard ITA Catamarans, a builder widely known for its cruise-performance catamarans. Following the transaction, the vessel was successfully imported into the Union Customs Territory under the Temporary Admission (TA) regime.

Legalley+ is delighted to have been involved in the planning, purchase and importation of the high performance sailing yacht Vesper for the Spanish Navy, in collaboration with the yacht’s owner and the successful tenderer, David Más Yacht Equipment, S.L.

Legalley+ had the pleasure of attending another successful edition of the Palma International Boat Show, one of the key events in the Mediterranean yachting calendar. In March 2023, Royal Decree 186/2023 introduced significant changes for chartering yachts in Spain, which I already advance in my in LinkedIn and Legalley’ Blog on March 24, 2023. This was promoted by the Spanish Yachting Association (ANEN), of which I am tax and legal advisor.
