Legalley+ has recently completed the structuring, registration and acquisition of a new-build Sirena 88, built by the renowned Sirena Marine shipyard in Istanbul, Türkiye. The project, which began in January 2024, also included the yacht’s first entry into the Union Customs Territory under the Temporary Admission (TA) regime, marking the first time Legalley+ has combined the legal structuring, registration and acquisition of a brand-new yacht with its initial importation under this customs framework.
The transaction involved the coordination of professionals across Chile, Gibraltar, Türkiye, Greece and Spain, reflecting the international nature of modern superyacht projects.
