Legalley+ has recently advised and executed the sale and purchase of a 38-metre Ferretti Group superyacht, built in 2020, on behalf of one of our valued clients. The transaction, which commenced last 20 of April, involved the coordination of multiple parties across different jurisdictions and concluded successfully with the transfer of ownership of a fantastic yacht that was previouysly owned only by the CEO of Ferretti Group.
This transaction reflects Legalley+’s continued involvement in complex international superyacht transactions, providing comprehensive legal and tax advice throughout the Sales & Purchases transactions, among many ohters.
